Time to get things rolling...

State Marshal James Hawkins escorts the State Master Councilor Donnie Robertson to the East to kickoff Tournament of Champions 2011.

Patriotism is one of the seven cardinal virtues and Mountain Park Chapter's Alex Jinks is in perfect form for the important task of displaying the flag.

Georgia's own Mike Benedetti, International Master Councilor, is formally recognized and escorted to the East by James.

Dad Rusty Newport lays out the competition rules and wishes all the guys good luck. "And if you screw up, I'm gonna break your arm!" he encourages the guys.

"Gosh, why didn't I study more when I had the time!" laments Zack Ford from Mountain Park Chapter.

Judge Newport checks the paperwork of the Mountain Park team doing the Nine O'Clock Interpolation.

Good points for floor work, but a point or two lost for dissimilar dress. These guys must be on their toes to get a winning score.

Zach Podskoc kneels in DeMolay form in the classic prayer attitude adopted from the way George Washington knelt at Valley Forge.

Aaron Podskoc performs flawlessly in his part at the altar. Good job!

Now the big question is, "What is holding you guys so fixed?" Luckily State Junior Councilor Hunter Sullivan is supervising. You are supervising, aren't you Hunter?

Jackson Fussell of Peachtree City Chapter is supremely confident. He's ready! OK, maybe that's a petrified look instead.
