Tournament of Champions 2003 PhotosPhoto Album Credits Back to Event Index Page | Next Page On February 7-9, 2003, Georgia DeMolay returned to a full weekend format for Tournament of Champions 2003 in one of the best organized events held in many years. It was held at the Augusta Scottish Rite Center, across from the Masters Golf Course in Augusta, Georgia.

The State Parents Club are all set. Moms Cindy Eells and Debbie Griggers go over last minute plans.
Neither rain, nor shine, nor broken legs, nor lack of khaki pants can keep the guys away from this fun event! All the State Officers arrive to formally open Tournament of Champions 2003.
State Marshal Craig Miller announces the arrival of Dad Marc Bohn, Georgia Executive Officer, and everyone is present and accountted for. The event is officially underway!

Past State Sweetheart Kathryn Poorbaugh, who is newly engaged to Past State Master Councilor Gary Vinson, Jr., sits with her sister, Mountain Park Chapter Sweetheart Ginnie Poorbaugh. They are ready to assist in getting the guys all spiffed up.
"Guys, guys, if some of you don't come buy something fast, I am not responsible for what Mom Cartledge might do!" Mom Williams tries to drum up some business for the DeMolay Trunk Store, while Mom May tries to figure out what to do should Mom Cartledge lose it.
Tough audience! Ben Pierce competes for Rookie of the Year before a stern looking panel of serious judges. The young member of Clayton Chapter kept his cool, rose to the occasion and turned in an exemplar performance.
The guys from Don R. Roberts Chapter look great, but there's something strange about Dad Roden. Could it be the weird tie? Hmmmm ... what is it ... hey, I know, he's shaved his mustache! I knew it was something.
